FLU & COVID BOOSTER CLINICS
Please see Clinics & services above. Flu & covid booster clinics will be held at the Bracknell central site this year NOT at Sandhurst Group Practice sites.
As you will have heard the success of the vaccination programme is reducing the numbers of patients in hospital with coronavirus but we must remain vigilant and we will continue to ask you to wear masks & follow all infection control guidelines when attending the surgery to protect everyone,
Our GP surgery will open its doors from 8:30am for queries but please contact us by phone for appointments, we would encourage you to use other contact methods on this website for advise, test results and prescriptions.
We are doing what we can to keep our patients and staff safe and well. It is really important for us that our patients continue to look after their own health.
Please follow our guidance on where to go when feeling unwell, in the first instance, especially for minor illnesses or conditions that can be dealt with by your local pharmacist. If you need advice over and above what your pharmacy can provide, you can use NHS 111 online NHS 111 online or call NHS111 if you do not have access to the internet.
Please remember, our staff have the right to be treated with dignity and respect at all times, so if you need to contact the practice please remember that any abuse of our staff will not be tolerated.
Thank you for supporting your general practice surgery at this time.
